Gather these measurements before requesting a quote — it allows us to quote accurately without a back-and-forth.
Measure the outer diameter of your Spiroflow conveyor tube, or check the machine nameplate. Spiroflow machines are typically 3" (76mm OD) or 4" (102mm OD).
Measure straight across the face of an existing disc in millimetres. Spiroflow discs are typically 64mm (3" tube) or 78–86mm (4" tube). Allow for wear — enter what you measure and we'll confirm the correct replacement size.
Count the spaces between discs — not the discs themselves. Or use N = ((C ÷ P) × 2) + 6 if you have the centres distance and pitch spacing to hand.
Most standard Spiroflow installations use galvanised carbon steel rope. Food-grade or washdown applications may use stainless steel 316. Check your original order or inspect the rope for the zinc coating characteristic of galvanised wire.
