Unitrak Powderflight supply compatible replacement rope assemblies for the full range of Floveyor aeromechanical conveyors. Precision-made to spec, dispatched fast — with expert guidance on identification if needed.
Floveyor aeromechanical conveyors are available in 3" and 4" tube diameters, covering the vast majority of industrial powder and granule handling applications. Compatible rope assemblies are available for both tube sizes, in galvanised carbon steel and stainless steel.
Floveyor machines are among the most widely installed aeromechanical conveyors in the world, particularly in Australia, Asia-Pacific and internationally. If your Floveyor rope has failed or is approaching end of life, we can have a replacement manufactured and dispatched quickly.

Floveyor's own identification process is detailed but manageable once you know what to measure. Follow these steps to gather everything you need before requesting a quote.
Check the nameplate on your Floveyor or measure the outer diameter of the conveyor tube. Floveyor machines are typically 3" (76mm OD) or 4" (102mm OD). This tells you which disc diameter range to expect.
Remove a disc or measure one in place — measure straight across the face of the disc in millimetres. Floveyor discs are typically 64mm (3" tube) or 78–86mm (4" tube). Discs wear over time, so your measurement may read slightly lower than the original size.
Count the spaces between discs on the rope — not the discs themselves. This is the number of pitches. Alternatively, use the formula N = ((C ÷ P) × 2) + 6 if you know the conveyor centres distance and pitch spacing.
Most standard Floveyor installations use galvanised carbon steel rope. Food-grade or chemical applications use stainless steel 316. Check your original order or the rope itself — stainless steel has a bright, uniform silver appearance with no zinc coating.
Our rope assemblies are manufactured to the same dimensional specification as the original Floveyor rope — same disc diameter, same pitch, same wire material. They are not generic parts.
Standard dispatch is 3–4 business days. For emergency breakdowns, we aim to manufacture and dispatch within 24 hours — often faster than waiting for an OEM response.
Emergency situations get priority scheduling. Call us directly and we'll do everything we can to get your conveyor running again as quickly as possible.
