These measurements are all we need to prepare an accurate quote.
Measure the outer diameter of the conveyor tube or check the machine documentation. Standard AMC tube sizes are 3" (76mm OD) or 4" (102mm OD).
Measure straight across the face of a disc in millimetres. Standard sizes are 64mm (3" tube) or 78–86mm (4" tube). Enter what you measure — discs wear with use and may read slightly under the nominal size.
Count the spaces between discs — not the discs themselves. Or use N = ((C ÷ P) × 2) + 6 if you have the conveyor centres distance and pitch spacing.
