Follow these steps to gather the measurements you need before requesting a quote.
Check the nameplate on your Unitrak conveyor or measure the outer diameter of the tube. Unitrak machines are available in 3" (76mm), 4" (102mm) and 5" (127mm) tube diameters.
Measure across the face of an existing disc in millimetres. Standard sizes are 64mm (3" tube), 78mm or 86mm (4" tube), and 104mm (5" tube). Discs wear with use — enter what you measure and we'll confirm the correct size.
Count the spaces between discs on the rope — not the discs themselves. Alternatively, use N = ((C ÷ P) × 2) + 6 if you know your conveyor centres distance and pitch spacing.
Galvanised carbon steel is standard for most applications. Stainless steel 316 is used for food-grade or chemical environments. Check your original documentation or inspect the rope — stainless has a uniform bright silver appearance with no zinc coating.
